One of the things I had to come to peace personally was that the deities often cannot, and will not, answer all your questions in full honesty. This happens when too much is at stake for them around the matter discussed… So you need to operate on a “need to know” basis, much like their agent on the ground, and sometimes, that practically equates to operating on the basis of blind faith.
